Sometimes in life we come across many situation which are unavoidable and we have to face it no matter how much frighten we are. Let it be exam or preparing for some big events, Mistakes are the building blocks of success or the other way around given the situation how we react to it. Sometimes the feeling of failure don't let you give your 100% .I remember when I was in high school everything i wanted to do is perfect but sometime you loss and sometime you win. I was so afraid to even participate on fear of what if fail? What if all will make fun of me?

How it happens?


We are afraid of the world and how this world will treat you if you didn't succeed. Exams are worst nightmare for me but i manage to score average because i used to tell myself that i have given my best and there's noting you can do about it ,still there are many of a mates who got into anxiety and depression and still suffering .We all are living in the same world and yet so many differences exists and like this to tackle a situation is different. So what to do? How to remain calm?



You need to move ahead in life


What will happen if you didn't succeed? Well others will tell the life is gone useless and nothing can be done. If we search on google ,"scientist who failed in school or university you will get a plenty of list". What's more you need to understand? I was too afraid of what will the world say but to be honest the world is too busy to notice you. Everyone got something in their plate. So if someone makes you feel guilty for failing then its time for you to let it go, don't take it personally.

You need to move ahead in life not stop because time passes by and so as your feeling of failure. One day you just need to realise you are not a failure but you are a pokemon which will evolve into something greatness!


What to do if you are already feeling as a failure


Well i am sorry you have reached this level. I can feel your thoughts and to some extent can understand .Lets make a list right now?

Write down in which part of life you are good at! If you cant recall any ,ask your friends, family, any human who been with you for some long time>Just make it. Now you can see clearly where and when you were a failure. Just because of some life issues you cant let yourself be a failure.

I used to write a journal once a week but as I started maintaing my journal things got different lately. Everything started to fall into its place. It helped me to keep a record of my life as well my mental. .Just don't stop, hit the gym or mediate, join some club at your school or in neighbor. Just feel good about yourself and take another step .just take it mate.

How to get past and never return

I know mistakes are what differentiate us from robots. This teaches us to learn and grow into better version of self. I did many messed up things but every time I do I learn something new. I ain't perfect sometimes I do the same mistakes even if I learned my lessons. You don't know what you are going to face in life but I can tell right now it all be worth it!
